well miss interval ,,, you could always cop the fawking story like the brat boy here did after kickin the shit outta someone n NOT REMEMBER IT... just claim insanity ,, go into the nut house for a spell get all doped up and completely lose all or what little control of yourself you have left and then honestly and truthfully for a fukkin change you have finally taken the last step in making yourself a victim and in doing so remove yourself from all responsibilities and decision making,,,,, then at the very least you can go on living your pathetic existence of a so called life in yer lil make believe frickin world and we can all just say ,,, pay her no fukkin mind,, she is just insane...

as everyone here in the last 10 or so pages has stated ,,,,, you have lied time n time again,,,, several times here in this thread and yet you still cant see what it is you are doing and blame shifting,,,, own up to it and face the consequences and life head on for a change or stop stealin my damned oxygen...

First off-there is an old saying- You dug your grave now lay in it. Meaning you fucked up now deal with it. Ha! I hear this same babbling bullshit how " i dont think I hit my wife in the face, or how I didnt think I was drunk, or how telling a cop to fuck off and die and punch him in the face was considered resisting arrest. Sure I do the ol pitiful oh I understand bullshit, but thats just so we can collect the $5000 to $10,000 retainer fee, Now do I believe a fucking word they say, hell no, just like I dont believe that you cant remember either kicking a cop in the balls or not, or resisting arrest whichever it was, or not knowing why you were getting arrested. The funny thing is, is that its not that I dont believe any of this happened, I am sure it did, and I am sure you deserved to get arrested o you wouldnt have been., if you have bruises on your arms, that would be from your stupidity by resisting in the first place. I suppose being in the intoxicated state you say you were in, thank God you werent in your car, just think of the innocent lives you could have endangered.


secondly, just like Mr. Pressed said--your story sucks trish. really really sucks. I guess the cameras that they have installed on most police vehicles will show what really went on. totally admissable in court and most judges will go by what they see anyways.

third-I am sorry that you finally had to hit rock bottom like this to realize that you have some major problems.

oh and one more thing-just so you know, the District Attorney can add more charges to you as your arraignment gets nearer.

yeah im posting. after laying in bed depressed for over seventeen hours, with my husband begging me to get up...telling me ill be okay and that im a great person and that some day ill laugh at all of this... i decided to get up and address some of the bullshit stated here...

first of all... about these so-called lies i tell... marie wrote something about how i had cancer (just wanted to say i DID have cancer before, i have been in remission for a long time), but no one mentioned the fact that i have just recently (two months ago)- had a blood clot removed from my leg that was caused by my birth control pills and smoking, that was spreadking towards my heart.... cause we all know, if interval says something... it MUST be a lie. well, no matter what you people say- it was true. but people on here are WAAAY too concerned with the fact that peanuts has a bad back... oh no. a bad fucking back. and poor peanuts...!!!- she has to gobble up vicoden and perkasets like they are candy cause of that. no one even CARES that PEANUTS has been in rehab for being a pill head and abusing these exact same drugs. nooo...pooor peanuts.

second of all, peanuts states that i am pathetic and my marriage is pathetic. a couple people mentioned that i cheated on my husband.... so what? yes, i did. ONCE... it's been stated by PEANUTS- who i never even talked to more then once, that that is wrong. so im sure you all were sitting in my living room WITH my husband and i when we considered divorcing and having an open relationship and being friends til then...... yep.... you all were there. espiecially peanuts.

sorry but my marriage has been rocky, but all in all, it's the best thing that ever happened to me and will last forever.

NOW, those of you who tell me my "story" is not believable... either insinuating that im lying about the whole story or about not kicking the cop- FUCK YOU. seriously, it's the TRUTH. i really dont know what's that unbelievable about it anyways... i argued with the bartender...was told to leave, said no cause i didnt do anything...the cops came. i went outside with the cops- right after i was yelled at to "get in the car!"... i wanted to know why i was getting arrested and said so.....

i also had my glasses stolen from the bar (and the cops can ever verify that i didnt have them..cause they talked to my husband about it)... and i wouldnt get in the car til i knew why i was being arrested....

at that point, i was thrown on the ground and had my arms moved very roughly behind my back... i was cuffed, HARD... and picked up and thrown in the car...

somewhere during that time i supposivly kicked the cop and was pepper sprayed. the door was then shut and i kicked the door...(yes, i DID kick the door- that pepper spray pissed me off)... and then i was sprayed three more times in a row.

NOW... that is the true story. to those who dont believe it... i think you are dumb, cause it is the truth..

first of all, with all that being moved around and stuff... IF i kicked the cop.. it was by accident cause the bottom line is... i know i didnt try it (IF it even happened which i doubt), and second of all...WITHOUT MY GLASSES AT NIGHT, I CANNOT SEE! BLIND AS A BAT PRETTY MUCH!

(i got new glasses yesterday, so happy!!)
