Please Be On The Lookout!

I feel like people in these communities should be on the lookout for a young girl who was kidnapped by her teacher in TN. They were last spotted in Oklahoma at a Walmart. I have a feeling they are camping out and could try and come into one of your amazing communities. I don't know how much media is used or displayed in these communities but please get the word out!

This freak doesn't even try to change his appearance which makes facial recognition SO easy. I have to wonder how he managed to Svengali this girl, but it seems she took the bait. When he's caught, he should be flogged with knotted ropes.

 

The best place for this post is with The Rainbow Family, I think.

It's a long shot because they don't come together until July.

I'm going to move it there anyway.

He will be going to jail for statutory rape, but it doesnt look like it was a "kidnapping"

 

Legally I think it would be kidnapping in the same way it would be rape, because she's not old enough to agree to run away with him. If you persuade someone else's kid to go off with you (or even if the kid initiates it) that just isn't something that they can take any legal responsibility for. She might say "No, I did it all willingly" but the law won't listen to that.
