Well there's a term I haven't heard before. I suppose you could also call it playing the French Horn or the bag pipes if Scottish. It works well, and is a bit more relaxing, if he lies with his back to you and his knees drawn up. You then have easy access to his anus, balls, and penis. Else he can lie on his back legs slightly apart, and a pillow under his bum can help for access as well. No one gets tired from the position then.
