Planning to travel the world again soon

Wish I could go. Are you going to post pictures? You already have some really good ones on your profile Page.

In ten years hopefully I will retire and hopefully I will have a degree in anthropology and will try to travel. In the mean time I will settle on other peoples accounts and pics of the world.

 

Probably not gonna take any pictures, much less post them.

In ten years I probably still travel around somewhere, so feel free to join up then. :2thumbsup:

 

Do you usually keep journals of the places and people you meet?

I would but I cant really stand the cold so screw Canada, Scandanavia and Russia

I dont really want to get shot so cross the US off the list

Most of every where else they cant speak english, so meh

 

I used to keep a journal until I realised how pointless it really is.

 

Good reason indeed to stay at home.

 

I'm not sure why you feel that way, but I feel that way about myself - I probably wont leave a trace that I ever existed, especially since i lead a pretty boring life. But I always like to hear of other people's adventures or travels.

Your travels would probably be interesting to the next generations of your family.

 

where will you go first?

 

I don't care about my life being recorded, be it by journals or photographs. Eventually nobody will know/care, so I might as well live my life instead of recording it. I've seen too many people living their life through their camera instead of enjoying the moment.

 

Might be India, because I very much miss the real Indian food.

I have been to many countries, no idea how many. Also no idea where I go. Usually I just go with the flow and get recommendations from people I meet along the way.
And to neigbouring countries of the countries I am at.

I'd love to visit Russia and other former Soviet countries, but first I would want to learn the Cyrillic alphabet and at least a little bit of the language.
