I don't dismiss it but I also don't really care that much either. I haven't been sick in years either and I wouldn't have a problem getting in there with a vegan or non-vegan. It a non-issue for me as a fighter. I know vegans who are pretty tough and non-vegans who really aren't very tough....and then I also know the opposite in each group.
So you are 140 lbs and a bit over 6 feet. You need to get to about 200 to 215 lbs for your height. The areas you need to put this muscle is your chest, core, arms, shoulders, back, ass, legs and inner thighs. You can do it....but you need to maintain flexibility to I would advise joining and learning a few Martial arts/ TooReal
Man...you have a lot of potential to be stacked but...you have to want it. You have to work for it. I'm kind of in the same boat right now because I'm not fighting and have honestly been a little lax. I'm about 10 lbs. light from where I should be. So I'm a bit smaller right now. I don't like it.
I have a very close friend I call Gabby...he hates that nick name....and he lives near me in Western Massachusetts and we spar often as we are about the same size. Perhaps you have heard of him....Gabriel Gonzaga? TooReal
I am not capable of hitting a female. Just can't do it. Oh...I will protect myself...but even then I am worried she might break her hand or wrist hitting me. TooReal
I don't agree with eating as much protein as you can, because too much protein is anti-ketogenic. A true ketogenic diet is moderate protein, while high in fat and low in carbs. Also, 8 oz. of fruit juice would be sure to throw a person out of ketosis immediately. That is a ton a sugar right there, and way more than a piece of fruit. Green juices you make at home with vegetables like spinach, lettuce, kale and broccoli are just fine, but fruit juice is something to be avoided as much as soda. The two are pretty much equally bad. In some instances juices have even more sugar than soda.
He's right, though. When something is labeled low-fat, it's usually high in carbs. Fat poses no harm to people eating low carbs, as I have stated numerous times before.
You probably think it's me. While he is saying some of the things I've been saying, he's also gotten a ton of shit wrong in the last couple pages of posts. You're never going to hear me recommend drinking fruit juice or eating "high protein."
You could hear that from me , because I regard fruit juice on itself mighty good. All in moderation of course, and not all fruit juice is the same. For example, there seem to be a lot of juices in the stores that have added sugar besides the already present fruit sugars. Some have added vitamin C as well but if you eat and drink healthy you get enough of that already
