My dad had a Pit Bull when I was growing up, and she was the sweetest, gentlest and friendliest animal I've ever known. She was also dumber than a bag of rocks and nuttier than a squirrel, but that's what I loved about her.

Pit Bulls are some of the best dogs you'll ever find. The problem is with shitty owners who don't feed them enough and train them to be vicious. Any dog can be trained to be violent. But that's not the breed's fault any more than it is any other breed of dog's fault for negative reputations they have. Most Pit Bulls don't live up to their negative reputation.
