Piper at the gates... or darkside?

Yea, I can listen to Dark Side Of The Moon anytime, anywhere, this is not the case with The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, so...

 

In a critical point of view, I'd say Dark Side, I mean how that album just flows and everything about it is perfect. But personally, I say Piper, it's the masterpiece of 60's psychedelic pop, and Syd just had such a fairy taleesque, whimsical style to it

 

Piper all the way. Come on, it's all about the SYD if you ask me.

 

PIPER!! Thats where its at. David can suck it compared to syd.

 

dark side... its just perfect in every way, its just so well but together...and david was always the best on guitar

Did you know that when they were recording that song, Syd came into the studio with all his hair and his eyebrows shaved off? They didn't even rcognize him at first, he then proceeded to do some very strange things.

Going to have to say Darkside. Besides you can't sink up Piper to The Wizard of OZ. One of my first and best drug culture experiences was to sink up Dark Side of the Moon with The Wizard of OZ. I was like "Wow".

 

My vote goes to Piper at the gates of dawn.

I can never concentrate while high. So I dont know how it would go...
I played cod4 but barely had a buzz.

For that matter i dont think ive ever been stoned... Or smokes alone... I always do active crap with friends.

I should try just Lying on my bed and listening to some pink floyd. Or try watching a movie...

That's my fav album actually, it's so chill. So is the final cut, at first i was like meh but it's really good actually. Obscured by clouds is great. Too many people only know the wall and darkside, there's so much MORE floyd to be heard.
