The title of this thread say Pink Floyd on tour, but I see no mention of that. Roger Waters I see a mention of, but he isnt Pink Floyd. What's next? Rolling Stones on tour but only Mick Jagger? Led Zeppelin on tour but only Robert Plant?

so? theres alot of bands that have one main source of creatively in the band and if they were to lost lets say a drummer or a bassist but if that main musician is still in the band the sound wont be effected if the drummer and bassist leave......I think we can say that for P.F.

Not sure, Pink Floyd still does quite well with Gilmour and no Waters. Why does this thread have to say "Pink Floyd touring" and not "Roger Waters touring". Even Roger Waters himself doesnt use the name Pink Floyd, unlike other people such as Martin Turner calling his band of no ones Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash.

I hate when fucking millionaires charge that much for a ticket so most of the poor fucks that made them what they are cannot afford to go see them. The fucking Police were charging $500 a ticket and they fucking SUCK.

LAME. My friend got a free suite from his work and I could go, but I'll be gone.

And yeah, for those of you without cool friends, you should still see waters no matter how faggy the prices are. This may have been the peak of my life, but god thought it would be funny to steal that away from me.
