Yeah OP kinda exaggerated, but it wasn't all that great. I mean some parts were good, but I'd much rather watch a Cheech and Chong.
It wasn't really that great the first time i saw it, it had a few laughs but I was expecting it to be side-hurting. The more you see it though, the more you enjoy it.
um, no, you blow. how are you going to go wrong with a bunch of gun-wielding stoners? gets no better than that, and james franco as a pot dealer? you gtfo.
I liked it simply because every weird paranoia you have while happened to them, so thats kind funny, but i dont think it would be funny if u never got high. I also liked the relationship between james franco/ seth rogan. reminds me of my dealer. other than a few funny lines (ah, herpes!) it was ok at best
I thought it was pretty entertaining in all. Franco did a great job and despite your opinion you can't say its unoriginal. And it wasn't like a Hollywood portrayal of pot-heads, it was pretty genuine.
It may be good, but every stoner movie that comes out is still just trying to beat Super Troopers or Half Baked
Well its now a genre in itself. It doesn't mean its trying to be Half Baked, Super Troopers isn't even about stoners.
I had this bootleg DVD, that was perfect quality, but there was no main screen, it would just start when you put the DVD in, and at the end of the movie, it would just start again. So me and my friends decided we would leave it in my dvd player for as long as possible, and watch it everytime we smoked at my house (pretty much everyday) I liked it the first 10 times or so, but after that it just got so old. I'm just so sick of that movie, I plan on not watching it for a while.
Stoners do come up in it though, I mean hell it's the first scene in the movie. But that's why it's awesome, it's such a stoner movie without being constantly about drugs. But weed actually is a huge part of that movie, remember it was that huge weed bust that gave them hope of saving the station and the local police were running in Canadian weed.
