sure do! i love it.....i do a mix of pilates and yoga everyday as well as go for a nice quick walk.....keeps in in tip top shape!
i went to the bookstore the other day, and i bought this pilates thing where there are 50 cards w/different exercises on each one...and there's a few diff. sequences u do, like "morning workout" and "in the office workout" and a few other ones, BUT i bruised my ribs last weekend so i haven't started yet, but i cna't WAIT!! looks like fun! have yall lost weight from doing it?? how long do u have to do it until you can tell a difference???
I got pilates for dummies(haha i know ) and i love it and dont know what id do without it..i know that sounds funny but i just really enjoy doing it..
