Pig's abstract painting fetches record price

A pig named Pigcasso with a talent for painting, has created a piece of abstract art which fetched 20000 pounds.

Dubbed ‘Pigcasso’ by her owner, this particular artist has a style that could be described as ‘abstract expressionist’ – which basically means the pig paints whatever it likes, and it turns out surprisingly well.

Pigcasso was rescued by a lady named Joanne Lefson from an industrialized hog operation on the outskirts of Cape Town in 2016.

Joanne noticed that the pig had a knack for painting after some old paintbrushes were left in her stall by accident.

She decided to nurture the pig's interest and now, at five-years-old and weighing a whopping 1,500lbs, Pigcasso has created over 400 works of original art.

 

Hmmmm - Give him a paint brush and some Barbeque sauce and let him paint a few pork chops or some belly pork !!!
