There are so many fucked up/ badly misplaced VCHs out there, be careful with the piercer.

 

VCH seems the way to go. My tattoo artist also does piercing. If there's anyone I would trust with a needle between my legs, it'd be him.

They're a sub dermal piercing that lie flat on the skin. There's a little anchor that's surgically placed just under the skin, then you can attach the jewel to that.

 

My wife had her VCH done last week. She seems to be healing fine. She said it hurt but only for a couple seconds. Once the needle was through no more pain.
