Even though a recent outbreak of winter even in the flatlands of Germany has made me wear shoes most of the time, I couldn't resist the urge to feel some of that fluffy white stuff under my bare soles and went out for a short walk through it last sunday... However, that walk lasted only about two minutes, as my feet were getting numb very quickly (temperatures around -5°C/23F) so that I had to get inside again rather fast. Once inside, the white stuff melted away quickly and my feet were feeling very tingly... a nice way to boost circularion, for sure. Wiggling toes to shake off the white stuff, ~*Ganesha*~
You're young enough that it will probably fade away. It could be worse. I've had a surgical scar for about 10 years, and it isn't going anywhere.
I've just been out for a walk and, although I started out in my boots, I couldn't resist slipping them off for a few moments of barefooting !!! Yippee!!!
a short barefoot walk in the snow is awesome right before going to bed I often go out barefoot to go check that my vehicles are locked up
Since we had some more snow falling yesterday, which left a nice untouched layer of it on my little balcony, I found it was time to feel it on my soles and leave something there...: Wiggling toes kissed by snow, ~*Ganesha*~
Well, the snow has molten away, but cold temperatures are still there... but still, I decided to walk barefoot today on my way to and from the office and while doing some grocery shopping... Dry conditions, almost no wind, around 32F air temp. Such weather makes toes glow pink: And the sight of a winter barefooter just makes onlookers gape: wiggling pink-glowing toes, ~*Ganesha*~
