Well, ppl showing their injured feet, here is one of a toenail injury, when it occured last August. And, 5 months later in January. It still has not grown out 7 months later. I think it may be a full year before the black toenail is completely gone.
I assure you they are a dam sight less callused than mine! (see pic & the illusion of soft girly feet is forever ruined!) Doesn't matter on the look, the beauty of the human race is that we're all different. Your positive contribution to this quiet forum is the most important thing Shayla x
Hi Shayla, thank you for your explanation, I try to avoid cracks on my heel, you have no problems that go too deep? Coconut oil is great .. (small heels & tough feet competition)
No nothing bad, the cracks are quite superficial. I've been barefoot full-time for just over 8yrs, travelled and lived without any problems. I have a kind of naturalistic neglect attitude, I moisturise with Coco butter that's about all. I don't obsess over them and let them do their thing :daisy: Sx
No you are not being stupid. I was trying to reply to Desera's post with the picture that had two pair of feet in it. I was curious which ones were hers.
It's a pretty way of saying that I don't have a regular foot care programme and as far as possible only trim, moisturise and fiddle when I really need to. I'm not foot obsessed, just a crusty barefooter! Shayla x
Nice relaxed pic, D-x. Who wants soft and girly, Shayla? Your feet look perfect to me. Love the tatts and anklets. I find all mine need is an occasional rub of Vaseline if the cracks start to hurt.
Well I was supposed to be getting some work done today, but working in the garden turned into a bit of a sunbathe .... a good book, my dog Cleo and plenty of sun :daisy: :daisy: Shayla xx
