I couldn't resist posting this - it's up on my website too. My bf made the shorts (and that's a Moe show in the background) and they liked 'em so much they came right back to buy a dress which I made!

I always love it when my wonderful customers send me pictures - it's nice to know our stuff is loved and appreciated!

Thanks, my wonderful bf has been sewing [professionally] for a dozen or so years. He taught ME most of what I know about sewing! And in all that time, 17 years collective professional sewing experience - neither one of us has even once used a commercial pattern, or anything we didn't design ourselves! I think that's something to be proud of! It just makes me feel so good to see people happily wearing our creations... The only thing that gets better than this is when we're on some random lot and we see old pairs (sometimes 6-7 years old!) of shorts Ian made walking around. Sometimes we freak ppl out in those situations by running over and going "hey! I made what you're wearing!" lol

Mostly my website (hummblebee.com). When we can, we still do Widespread Panic, String Cheese, Phil Lesh, etc shows and festies. But those are few and far between these days, since my s/o is working full-time for little cash.
