Hey there. My name is Michael. I forgot my password for quite a long time and just remembered it.
I was in San Francisco yesterday and picked about 5lbs of shrooms. Few different kinds and I do not even know if they are safe to eat nor do I know if they will even cause a trip? I know next to nothing about shrooms other than the weight of it. I hope the pictures upload correctly. I appreciate any information or help :)
    -Michael
Ps they were picked at golden gate park - San Francisco

I think they are posting now. Yes I think a couple looked like one or 2 of those. You will see from the pics. Many small yellow ones are ruined do to being smashed therefore others I cannot post but these I do have

I don't believe those are psychedelic and wouldn't eat them. There are a few magic mushrooms that grow in the San Francisco Bay Area but those don't look like any of the ones I've seen. Psilocybin Cyanescens is one of the most powerful shroom strains that grow in the Bay Area and often grow on brush, wood and stuff after rain. The caps are inverted with Cyanscens though and look nothing like what you posted.

These grew through wood chip type looking soil in the park (most of them)
Ok so these are the majority of what I have. Besides the first pic, what do u think? Many red ones were inverted as well but not all

Bumping this so I can get answers to the pictures people have not seen probably because I was posting them as people were replying. Anything, any info would be greatly appreciated please. These are just sitting here and I cannot find shrooms to buy where I'm from, so having these next to me not knowing is driving me nuts lol!
Thank you for any info anyone can give! :)

I wouldn't trust some of the shrooms. I once picked some shrooms with a friend round town, turns out they were poisonous (Though we took like loads without dying, They probably wont be good in the long run) Shrooms make you trip hard, but there also very dangerous. Suggest you be careful....

Don't feel bad. Most people have no idea when it comes to mushrooms.

and that's the reason why most people don't pick and eat wild mushrooms ;)

    you're doing this backwards, OP.

step 1) learn as much as you can about mushroom identification, mushroom growing habitats, strains, etc.

then maybe you'll be confident enough to proceed with

    step 2) eat your mushrooms.

you should NOT eat these mushrooms. they don't look remotely psychedelic as far as i can tell. but i too know very little about mushrooms. i know enough to know that i wouldn't eat any wild ones that i attempted to ID myself (without first expanding my mushroom knowledge significantly)

please leave the mushrooms be until then. you're messing with nature for no good reason.
