Star Trek (1967-1969)
UFO (1970-1971)
Space: 1999 (1975-1977)
Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979)
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979-1981)
V (1983-1985)

10 year gap because tv scifi sucked in the 90s lol

Lexx (1996-2002)
Ultraviolet (1998)
Battlestar Galactica (2003-2009)
Doctor Who (2005-present)

As for movie series, way too many to list so I'll just drop my faves...

Star Trek I-VI and begrudgingly everything after (1979-present)
Alien (1979-present)
Robocop (1987-1993 and begrudgingly the remake)
Starship Troopers (1997-2008)

 

I say :
The original Invaders starring Roy Thinnes.
The original 60s the Outer Limits.
The original All in the Family show
The original Twilight Zone (60s).

 

We are in the middle of the complete Rockford Files series.
