I don't like to exercise. The one activity I seem to be able to do without any gripes is walking. I cover 3 miles a day at night. Yesterday, I added an extra 4 (at different times). Not a bright thing to do if it's over 90 degrees outside. What activities do you do for health?
It's the first thing I do every morning so I don't have to think about it the rest of the day My Routine starting with Sunday: 100 pullups 100 military presses (weights) 500 situps day of rest 100 curls and 100 bentover rows (weights) 500 pushups 500 squats (weights)

I was going to say that! Not the cycling part, and I have listed sex as exercise on doctor forms when asked
lol Oh, hell no. Never work the same muscle group two days in a row. Don't get sore anymore either as long as I can keep it up. Problem is I have to get up at 5 AM to get it done on workdays.
