phobia

What are some , if any, of your phobias/or fears…see if u can tell us the scientific name of your phobia too.
i have a phobia of fireworks...but i dont know whats its called...ive searched for a long time and cannot figues out what its scientific name is

 

amusement parks, small spaces and some other things that i cant remeber

 

airplanes, driving on highways, fire, being shot, dying of some scary disease, people i love dying in car crashes, small spaces, and not being able to breathe.

 

Shots and getting blood drawn. But not piercings. It's weird.

 

I am very afraid of birds. Any birds pretty much. If I'm in a pet store and there are big parrots, I get sweaty and my heart starts beating really fast. I never knew why I was so afraid of birds, but then my mom told me that when I was little, if I left the yard, a big bird was going to pick me up and take me to her nest and feed me to her babies. Now I get it..

Another one is police. I freak out so bad whenever there is a cop nearby, no matter what. It turns out that when I was little, my dad said this to me, "You had better be good, there's a cop over there, and he's shooting a baby"!!! I can't even believe this! I guess being a Native American he was always really weary of (White) cops around the town, and I guess he wanted me to be too, or he thought it was funny. Either way, I'm afraid of cops and birds.

I have an extreme fear of developing phobias.

 

that's marc and that's only half of my phobias.

 

I don't think I'm phobic of anything, but a few things in particular do scare me.

Dinosaurs.
The thought of dying alone, and never having been loved.
Sharks and other sea life.
Outerspace.

Sunnie, what is it about dinosaurs that scare you? They're extinct. And what about outer space?

 

Dinosaurs?...how can you have a phobia of extinct animals?

My only phobia is that i end up like my family, which really isnt a phobia but a single fear

I'm scared of men, the dark, and midgets.

Fear of fireworks is called "pyrotechniphobia".

I have fear of heights and fear of deep water.

i hate deep water too, ugh the very thought of it is freaking me out right now.
