i'd really like to compare and contrast the different psilo mushrooms....

a friend should have access to some fresh B+ strain cubensis some time soon, which is exciting.

back in highschool, my friend ate a quarter of B+ cubensis [it was 2 mushrooms with closed caps the size of ping-pong balls and 6 inch stems]. after he threw up, he told me he was watching microscopic beings convert matter into spirit...haha

 

as long as you have some sort of climate control in your house, you should be fine growing here in mo. especially since its naturally so humid here.

You all remember my raving over alpha-Methyl Tryptamine? Well today I tried alpha-Methyl Phenethylamine (amphetamine) and I'm not even gonna make a TR or anything. Yawn. i would not be one bit bothered if all PEAs vanished tomorrow.

but i don't think i voted since i haven't tried enough. i kinda have a bias against mushrooms b/c my most difficult trip was on them, and they are hard for me to find, hard to find GOOD ones. so i feel i have a grudge against them in my mind. don't get me wrong though - if i could get good ones for a reasonable price, i'd eat em. other psychs are just more available to me.
i think i'd like tryptamines more, but i've yet to try any other than mushrooms. DPT, DMT, 4acodmt....
but i do really like 2ce so it's hard to say
never thought i would like amphetamine. i don't really think it'd be very comparable to 2cx

One thing i like about PEAs is the variety you get in effects. Basically there are three different experiences on PEAs: Stimulants, Psychedelics, and Entactogens. Somethng like amphetamine would be primarily stimulant, whereas MDMA is primarily entactogen, and a PEA like mescaline is a psychedelic.

but then all the PEA's are like different combonations of effects; 2c-b and MDA are like psychedelic+entactogen, methylone is entactogen+stimulant, etc.

granted, i havent tried many tryptamines, but PEAs can be interesting too.

 

So have you tried a high dose of 2c-e yet?

 

would you class 2ce the same way as 2cb in this scheme?

i'd say it's a little of all three, but mostly psychedelic, somewhat entactogenic (although i've never done an entactogen [MDxx]), and a bit stimulating

 

the only PEAs I've done are MDMA, amphetamine, and 2c-c. All three had some usefulness, as any molecule in the universe will have, but all three could equally be called "candy" imo.

 

that's true...i think mdma is kinda stupid by itself, but what's wrong with candy?

well...from my experience, 2c-e seemed to be more "tryptamine like" than other PEAs i've tried...which i guess speaks to the nature of most PEA's.

the only PEA's i really care about currently are the 2c-x...

i've been wondering for some time, are beta-ketones considered phenethylamines as well?

 

I got some cyanafriscosa (which are basically the same just domed caps) i was thinkin about tryin to grow in a cooler this winter. And the albino p e are the best.

 

i've always wanted to try P. semilanceata [liberty caps]...they just look like something that would make you hallucinate.

P. azurescens have interested me the most...interesting alkaloid spread.

 

azures would be THE shit.. As well as liberty caps. I doubt ill have the chance of consumin either any time soon tho.

I'm hoping next year when I road trip across Washington and Oregon I'll be able to find some azur's. Probably getting my hopes up though

the only trypt..psilocin/psilocybin

based on that i pick PEAs (2ce), BUT

 

jesus, 2c-c on top of MDMA and MDA last night was amazing...PEA's fucking win.

 

there are effects which are definetely of the "mental" variety, but not psychedelic at all.

 

What about 2C-T-7, does it have tryptamine qualities or how? Please compare that stuff to 2C-I and other tryptamines if you can.
