Pharm Bump

CWE? anyways 100mg seroquil (half a pill for insomnia), 10mg Cyclonobezzeprine, 4mg xanax, 2mg kpins, and some nyquil, hopefully get some sleep, or maybe die.. but most likely have a small amount of sleep, thouggh the seroquil only fucks me out rather than sleep aid (probably because mainly an antipsychotic type of drug, for bi-polar/schizo med) 200 or 100mg of tramadol.. I forgot..

 

cold water extraction, get rid of the tylenol.

seroquel made me feel awful when i took it. i still have a full bottle of that shit that i should probably just return to my pharmacy.

 

oh ok, that's cool, don't want your stomach to bleed if you orally ingest, and just not that great for any other method. Anyways yeah they make you all groggy, but I'm a severe insomniac, and so I take a shit load of stuff to make me sleep. I was a bit groggy, took that pill around midnight I think, and up at 10:30, very cognitive and clear again, but around late 8 or 9am is when I woke up, so most sleep this whole week. So eh.. Though a full pill just fucks me up too much and sucks.

Anyways, for Today, Tuesday April Third:

8:00 am - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
12:30 pm - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
1:30 pm - 2 mg Suboxone Film
5:00 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall IR nasal - my first insufflation in a week!!

Later I will have another 7.5 nasal Add and much later another 3 mg Subs to celebrate some time off.

 

4:30pm - 5-10mg methylphenidate nasal

Several of my 40mg XR concerta's broke open, so I am unsure of the dosages... Yarr. I'm pretty sure each line is about 5-10mgs though?

 

I was able to get a night to myself after a long day of helping my aged grandparents again. So here is today's list:

7:00 am - 15 mg Adderall oral
11:30 am - 15 mg Adderall oral
2:30 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall nasal (I had left my grandparents at this point haha)
3:30 pm - 3.5 mg Suboxone Film
5:30 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall nasal
6:15 pm (five minutes ago) - 7.5 mg Adderall nasal

I am done with the Adds for the night. Next up will be 2 mg Suboxone with my regular psych meds.

 

Intending a long weekend of pharms. Got my Methylphenidate, DXM, and Codeine. Woo!

 

Bump for 100mg of Tramadol. Its actually better than I thought and I think I might actually prefer it to hydrocodone.

 

Mmmm finally some people loving on the tramadol. It's one of my favorite drugs. I wish I could get ahold of some...

 

Mmm, four bumps of methylphenidate over the course of the evening. Skyping a friend, reading some Joseph Campbell, and then popping a few melatonin and playing Skyrim until I start to drowse off. A night well spent.

 

I was able to go to my aunts house today since I got done helping my grandad with his manual labor earlier than expected. So I will splurge a bit:

8:00 am - 15 mg Adderall oral
11:30 am - 15 mg Adderall nasal
1:00 pm - 3 mg Suboxone Film
3:30 pm - 7.5 Mg Adderall nasal
4:30 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall nasal

 

200mg tramadol(4 whole), 25mcg fentanyl patch (chewed), some xanax maybe 10 pills, so around 10mg of it. Cyclonabenzaprine (fexeril 10mg) chewed, and some smirnoff to polish it off.. the store was out of Belvedere.. bastards.

 

I have the day away from having to help my grandparents, so I get to indulge a bit! Here are today's plans:

7:30 am - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
10:00 am - 7.5 mg Adderall Ir nasal
12:30 pm - 3 mg Suboxone Film
2:00 pm - 6:00 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall Ir nasal periodically.

 

I've had a really tough time helping my grandparents this week. They are very old and need a lot of help. But they are happy that I give my best effort. I leave Mississippi Saturday morning and I will be visiting my aunt until then, but we are having a family dinner on Friday night.

I am going to really miss them but it will be nice to go home. I have learned some good things about patience and love however. And I have learned that I CAN control my drug use very well if I try to! I really havent abused my meds since I left a month ago except three or four nights when I snorted some Adderall at my aunt's. BUT I never took more than prescribed!

So I am thinking this is the beginning of a new, great era where I enjoy my meds but have more control over them. I actually feel "less addicted." Here is today's line up:

7:30 am - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
11:30 am - 7.5 mg Adderall nasal
12:30 pm - 2 mg Suboxone Film
2:45 pm - 15 mg Adderall nasal

Later:

3:30 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall IR oral (and NO MORE haha that's my daily dose...)
6:30 pm - 1.5 mg Suboxone Film (to relax and talk with my aunt and uncle)
6:30 pm - 1 mg Klnopin sublingual (I have been taking this drug more because of the anxiety and stress of caring for two 85 year olds, one with advanced Alzheimer's...)

 

I took some DXM not too long ago and my head has that wonderful spacey feeling

 

Unfortunately for the 'readers' here at the forums, I have significantly leveled-off my up-and-down Adderall swings. Last month, when I ran out, again, early, I got so miserable that I just finally said "Enough is enough" and decided to just take it as directed even if that means missing out on REALLY high-times haha.

However, I still insufflate one of the 15 mg doses per day to 'spice things up' and so far, life has still been pretty fun. I miss the intense, strung-out feeling a bit, but not enough to merit starting up the cycle again.

So here is my "new" daily routine:

8:00 am - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
12:00 pm - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
12:30 - 2:00 pm - 2 to 3 mg Suboxone Film sublingual
3:00 pm - 15 mg Adderall IR oral OR insufflated
9:00 pm - 0.75 mg Klonopin oral + 225 mg Effexor XR oral + 5 mg Zyprexa oral

Add to that a large cup of coffee as soon as I wake up and also a heavily caffeinated beverage in the 4:00 pm time frame.

 

Ate 30mg of oxycodone today. 6 5mg percocet. YUM. All of my pain pills from surgery are gone now though....

 

back to Methylin 180 a month, fucking wired, took about 60mg this morning,with 80mg of ooxycontin orally. And 10mg of Ambien, might take a few xanax 1mg tabs, and cyclobenzeprine if i need to loosen up. I'll top it off with a nice glass of wine (generally 375ml yes half a bottle but very nice fruity flavor with subtle hints of various grapes amazing to just taste and around 10% usually on the red wines I choose)

Two days ago snorted 35mg of oxycontin (old OC30 and a 5mg generic), 12mg of diulaudid snorted (purdue brand), wore three 25mcg/hr fentanyl patches (actavis)and chewed one patch took half the gel before zoneing out. Then had half a bottle of wine 8.75%, took 14mg of xanax orally generics, insufflated 4mg of klonopin (generic), 2 pills orally of cyclobenzeprine (Flexeril), 250mg orally of Tramadol and 20mg of Ambien 2 10mg orally. Finish with sublingually taking two ativans (2mg), though I remember now I took a 54mg concerta and a 18mg concerta (namebrand) 30 minutes prior to the oxy lines, and then snorted one 20mg methylin, and took three 10mg methylns orally. Was so fucked up even smoked two bowls of weed Royal Purple Haze strain extremely dark purple, very happy high, though I have a very competitive job that drug tests randomly haha so I was very stupid taking it, though stupid that I kept taking that many damn pills, if anyone else tried that respitory failure is a possibility, leading to cardiac arrest (aka DEATH) so do not ever attempt mixing pills like that, even though I felt like Heaven was upon me for the whole fucking day. But I made it out alive thankfully, just sometimes get into a dr jekl/hyde mode and go bat shit crazy, though I think I'm still buzzing/hanging over from the super high the other day. since the Fent patches are still active for another few hours supposedly. Anyways good luck on everyones buzz!

 

Still doing good here on not blowing through my Adderall script early! I think I am actually on schedule to make it 100% through the month this time around. Thank god. Like I said, it might mean missing out on SOME of the fun, but that is okay if it means avoiding w/d's for four to seven days each month where I am basically a useless, hyperactive yet tired, lazy jerk.

Here is today's line-up:

8:30 am - 7.5 mg Adderall IR oral (lower than prescribed actually)
11:00 am - 7.5 mg Adderall IR nasal (I usually reserve snorting for afternoon/evening but whatever)
12:30 pm - 2.5 mg Suboxone Film
3:30 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall IR nasal + 7.5 mg Adderall IR oral

So I actually took less than prescribed (which is 15 mg three times per day) today.

 

this thread doesn't get a lot of action...

just 2mg ativan for me, trying to make sure i sleep well tonight.... exciting life i lead.
