Pharm Bump

Ok, folks. Let the countdown begin! Next Monday, less than one week from now, I encounter one of the best refill days of my short quarter century of a life.

See, I was scripted 15 mg Adderall three per day a month ago, but my cheap ass insurance knew I still had some 10 mg tabs lying around so they didn't give me enough. I find it kind of funny since the doctor did not request withholding me the meds at all haha. So during this month, I really havent been able to take the full three per day. This past week and this coming 6 more days, I have only been taking like 25 mg per day!

But all of this will change on the 12th of March! It is going to be great. So expect me to bump the countdown as it continues.

 

30mg Temazapam, 4mg klonopin, 8mg xanax, 80mg oxycodone, 180mg morphine, 28mg dilaudid, 40mg Methyln (Ritalin), and a nice 1/4 zone of Jedi OG. Oh yeah, though I might not type so well in another 30-40 minutes. I'm not liable for any states ment made after this point haha, just a warning. Opiate babble is starting to kick in I think.

 

holy fuck dude, i'm pretty sure that would actually kill me. and how do you smoke a quarter at once? i don't think i'd be able to breath after that.

 

well it's really after a few years of smoking so much, after about a year of showing off how much I could smoke, I built up a tolerance so I can't enjoy a nice quick smoke, takes at least a couple grams off a bong to feel good, so really just expensive and sucks, but would be like anyone else taking lower doses and a small joint. Anyways if you click on my profile you'll see a pic of me with 6-7 grams in a doobie haha
P.S. that's the magic of iced water and the ice catcher function of a water pipe, though takes me about half an hour, sometimes an hour, but most of the time a vaporizor, and if it's a joint like I am showing it's probably longer, since when it goes down to 2-3 inches just hot and tastes like a roach, but usually pretty messed up and might as well finish it.

fake weed? haha good or bad kind? and yeah green xanax bars are the generics I think. Also thanks, though I just realized that being that fucked up, I have 3-4 days that I totally blacked out, can't remember but got shit done or so I'm told xD. anyways today is just a 54mg Concerta and 2x 20mg Methylin day. Maybe some oxy tonight around 100mg, 1 OP80 and either a 1/4 OC80 (insufflated) or 2-4 percocets crushed and placed into a pill capsule for a more efficient "parachute" drop =]

 

It is Thursday, so that means THREE DAYS until my big refill day.

Unfortunately, I finished off my Adderalls yesterday, so I have to resort to my second-line of stimulants: Pseudoephedrine. Yes, old Sudafed is a stimulant if taken at high enough doses. I wouldn't recommend doing it if you aren't already taking stimulants daily, though.

I feel a bit like I do on Adderall, except with MUCH less euphoria, which makes sense since Pseudoephedrine is a strong Norepinephrine releaser but a much weaker Dopamine releaser.

 

Klonopin insufflated, now my nose and throat feel cold, almost like when breathing in after menthol.. hmm.. and now 14mg (3 1/2) of dilly insufflated to help numb a little bit =] Purdue brand yes!, to me.. personally these feel better than most others the P4's since I usually get malli brand (M-4) so here we go!

Damn wish I could help, plenty of Methylin and Concerta, not adderal, but a close second, though I like the Rit Rush better than

 

I agree about MPH rush being superior. If you were to give me two equipotent doses of Ritalin (MPH immediate release) and Adderall (mixed amphetamines immediate release), I would prefer the Ritalin taken intraNASALLY for sheer euphoria. Oral MPH leaves much to be desired however and oral amphetamines are still pretty great...what am I saying "pretty great"...amazing/transcendent.

Hi, everyone.

Sorry for my absence during the last week or so. As I told you all, I ran out of Adderall because they didn't give me enough last month but I was too lazy to get the doctor to give me a script for only one-week's worth. So I suffered through it instead.

It was rather hellish, actually. The worst part was that even on Monday, when I GOT my beloved script for 90 x 15 mg Adderall IR, I could not find a SINGLE pharmacy that had it in stock. Even the CVS that I frequent (I sometimes wonder if I am their best customer!!) didn't have it and they always have it even during the 'Adderall Scare of 2011/2012'.

So, CVS told me that they DID have enough 30 mg IR tabs that they could give me 45 x 30 mg tabs which is the same as the 90 x 15 mg IR tabs. However, I had to go ALL the way to my doctor (an hour away) to get the new script. It was a fucking PAIN IN THE FUCKING ass.

But, let me tell you...when I insufflated 15 mg as soon as I got my ass into my driveway, it was probably the single greatest feeling I have ever felt in my entire life. I know this sounds very sick and weird, but when psychiatrists get you hooked on their pills, what do you expect!!

 

Hey, man. I am really sorry your pain was so bad you had to hit up the hospital. That sucks. I hope you are feeling a little better now, although, as we all know, the doctors don't really understand pain, so they never script enough for you to actually function. Just enough to 'take the edge off.'

11:30 am - 7.5 mg Adderall IR insufflated
12:40 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall IR insufflated

1:15 pm - 2 mg Suboxone Film sublingual
2:00 pm - 15 mg Adderall orally
4:00-6:00 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall insufflated
8:00-9:00 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall insufflated (I am going 'out on the town' with my friends tonight)
9:30 pm - 2 mg Suboxone Film sublingual (to cap off the night!)

 

yeah thanks man, though the ativan was like 100mg too low, and only a small non-opioid tolerant person dose.. I told them I took dillie and 2 oxy 80's dails and still only a small morphine dose, didn't stop help the pain or relieve it at all.. anyways thanks once agian for understanding.

50 or 60mg of valium m(forgot home many i took.. damn) 4mg xanax, I might of took 2 oxy and 1 150mg morphine.. I'm pretty sure, or maybe 2 150mg morphines.. anyways I'm pretty ok now =] oh 5 .5mg Kpins so like 25mg ro em.. add a ppoint .. in there somehere like .23 i think, but yeahk, amazing tonight. =]

10mg crushed dextroamphetamine up the nose about 20 minutes ago, starting to really get going now. another 10mg about 2 hours ago, split between oral and nasal. probably going to rip the bong now... love the speed+weed combo.

 

methylin IR, 40mg (2x pills) 16mg dillies, 200mg tramadol, nuerontin, flexeril, concerta 54mg pill, temazzy, 3.5mg pkin, 20mg valium, 4mg xanax, and the KPIN + Valium was in a Euphoric tea, was very euphoric haha, well placebo, but after all said and done I feel a nice buzz

 

March 19 (Monday):

10:30 am - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
1:30 pm - 2.5 mg Suboxone Film sublingual
2:30 pm - 7.5 mg Adderall IR nasal
4:00 pm - 7.5 Adderall IR nasal
8:00 pm - 7.5 Adderall IR nasal

Pretty routine day - actually took less than prescribed.

 

15mg dexedrine... a couple little bumps and the rest oral. last one, probably won't come across any more for a long while, these ones came to me pretty randomly.

 

been an hour but not really getting much stimulation from it... probably should have put the entire thing up my nose, oh well.
