I got like 7 thumbs down for making a thread in which i thought my manager was hitting on me. with no explanation either. i didnt care though because its just a bunch of weird people behind the other screen

It's a personal thing. Not everybody is 'hostile'. Maybe you have just had enough of the site after 9 years. If your attitude is the same everywhere as in this thread, no wonder people have turned away from you. Take some time off, or just don't post here anymore. Simple.

no, my attitude isn't the same way in other threads. I would say it's much more pleasant. I have not been very active in those whole 9 years, I would post sparingly. I became more active recently. I will be tempted to post if I'm not banned so that's the goal for today.

That's because you are simply asking for it. Why you need to get banned? Have you such less discipline to leave and stay away (if you want, I do not wish you to leave btw)? Can't you get rid of this site on your computer or something... Why would you bother the other users on here with posts that are ment to get you banned, don't you think that makes you an enormous asshole too?

Maybe you think the site is the same as 9 years ago. I have moments where I despair. But the more you post, the more you get to know people here. it's a balance, though. If with fairness of all and a sense of the site, you are not happy...fuck off...is my advice.

 

I'd rather not say things that will get me banned, but I think it's lame we can't delete our accounts (which is what I'd like to do) so it seems the only way to go is to get banned..

 

We can still see your posts when you're banned. Stop bothering us and just leave if you want to.

We could start a seprate thread either on green peace http://www.greenpeace.org/international/en/ or modified seeds ( fraken foods ) Just my wild thoughts .
