personal responsibility,is it becoming a thing of the past?

The traveller was walking alongside his horse and flogging it mercilessly. The skinny horse had crusts of coagulated blood around the eyes from the whip.


An outraged observer exclaimed, "Why should you beat your horse so?"

The traveller responded, "Being a horse was his idea."
