personal forums?

Personal forums can only be started by site supporters (paid members), but most of the time anyone can visit and post.

The right to post there depends on the rules of the forum owner, most of them DO allow anyone to post. Some are private, you have to apply to join and post.
To find a list of personal forums look on the front page, theres a link towards the bottom.

 

Thanks for that Stella-Blue I think I have it now. I can post in most but can't have my own yet unless I cough up some money. I ain't got no cash so hanging out at other peeps seems to bee the answer.
