i've been intensely studying lucid dreaming, yoga, and meditation, and i think i realized this morning i've achieved a permanent sense of dreaming.... it's awesome, but i wonder how, and i want to talk about it. i'm rapidly advancing in my yoga and dream recall, and i'm making strides in lucid dreaming. my most lucid moment ever so far was approaching a neon fluorescent pastel colored farm.

this, and also what is the purpose?

I don't mean that to sound condescending if it does, I am genuinely curious.

Read up and keep it in your consciousness.

a definite tip is read, study, keep consciousness and lucidity in your thoughts and be open minded.

I dig waking dream vibe. Can't really keep it going for long myself. Astral Dynamics is a good book on the subject of lucid dreaming. I am focused on other things at the moment such as qigong for energy work and inner vision work based around western myth tradition but would like to dedicate the time down the road toward lucid dreaming.

or you're just a part of my imagination....

the dream continues. happy new year.
my secret to dreaming is yoga, relaxation, pot, and unattachment.

lucid dreams can be fun. but be careful about not waking up. It could get you into trouble. The body-robots need a conscious, awake driver :) Dont get hit by a car while daydreaming..

Please take care of yourself. The dreamer has to awake sometimes.
