In the movies, I liked the Smeagol/Gollum character. I like when characters are divided and have disassociation from their other parts.

 

That can be cool indeed, but I was terribly bored by most scenes with Gollum in the movie. I also was annoyed by Legolas, but I suppose that's what you get when you're a fan of the books.

 

Tis true, the books are much better. I listened to them on audio book before and that was also an amazing experience.

My true fav but I have already gone on and on about him is Aragorn but that's only because I wanna make his babies

hobbits have like

 

We don't have all the books so I read what we have but alas, I can't remember it now. So I'm just going to go from the movies - my fave char was Sam or Merry and Pippin. So cute and the singing was spot on. Other than that I'd say Eowyn.

 

My favorite character would have to be Gimli from the books and the movie. He brings a sort of comic relief to the movie, and in the book he's just well a dwarf. Stout and loyal

 

The movie Gimli was very little. I loved when he was tossed.
