Same as hat size, 6 7/8 American Academy of Pediatrics found that the health benefits of newborn male circumcision outweigh the risks, but the benefits are not great enough to recommend universal newborn circumcision. The procedure may be recommended in older boys and men to treat phimosis (the inability to retract the foreskin). The foreskin does need to be retracted and cleaned routinely. I worked for a surgeon who had to do this on males at an older age. You just don't want a boner right after the procedure. Most older guys walked around like a chimpanzee for a few days
This is a bunch of misinformation. First of all, the AAP has no official statement on circumcision (and they haven’t for over three years). This statement was made back in 2012, and their statements expire after 5 years. It’s never been renewed or updated, which means there is currently not an official AAP statement on circumcision. Secondly, newborn babies cannot be diagnosed with phimosis because the foreskin is most often attached to the glans at birth (and may be up till age 10). Only after the time at which it naturally separates can a diagnosis of phimosis be made. Thirdly, the foreskin only needs to be retracted and cleaned underneath AFTER such time as it has naturally separated from the glans (which as I said can be up to age 10). Before that it requires no special care at all, and in fact should NEVER be retracted. Doing so is likely to cause an infection (which will then be attributed to a boy having a foreskin, which will then be the false justification for having him circumcised). Finally, there are numerous treatment options available for phimosis (in men who’ve been diagnosed with it) which do not require circumcision. Circumcision is the most radical extreme answer to resolve a minor problem that is easily correctable via non surgical means.
A little over 7.5 " with 5.3" girth which I believe equates to 19+ cm x 13 cm but then again what the fuck do I know ?
