Yes, actually. Not to a friend/acquaintance, but to me. I'm very small (3.5" erect) and I've had a couple of women laugh and refuse to have sex once they saw it.

Then again, the two others I've had sex with didn't say anything. They didn't come back for more either, though.

I heard an item on local radio the other day about some new proposal for sizing for men's underwear to use a similar basis to the way a woman's bra size works, with cup sizes, thus including a gusset size.

However, I think I agree with the point the presenter made that I doubt very much if this would be that practical as it would be highly unlikely that many men would go & buy a pair of boxers based on their REAL size, thus resulting in everyone wearing really baggy underwear. After all, how many men would go into a shop & ask so a pair of boxers witha Small Gusset - I imagine most of the sales would be for XXL ones.

If all these young guys had something constructive to do, instead of pulling their puds to make 'em longer - and then crying in their beer at their puny size, the world would be better. And if you think some gal would put me off by saying that, you haven't heard my retort.

 

This reminds me of the story about General Patton toward the end of World War II. He got a shipment of boxes of condoms, which he was supposed to distribute to the Russians, who were allies at the time.
