Please explain the right way to use a penis pump? I had one and I dont think I used it in the right way so I threw it away.
Are you having erectile dysfunction issues? If so have you tried Viagra or Cialis (or their generic equivalents)? These pills do work for lots of men. And they are good for both partner sex and for going solo. Even if you are still able to get an erection, the pills can very much improve the quality of your erection. At 68 I can still get an erection without any pill, but too often it’s not nearly as firm as it was in my younger days. You have to use lubricant, of some kind. They keep the arteries and veins stretched large enough to keep an erection. With regular use, they will increase the length a little, but they will surely increase the girth a lot! Lube your penis, and pump it up, hold it a minute, let it off. Do this several times, then pump it up and hold it 5 minutes. Don't hold the vacuum up more than 10 min! And, if you have a vacuum gauge on it, don't go past about 15-16" of vacuum and hold it there. You may burst one of the small capillaries along the urinary tract, and get a drop of blood. Don't worry, just leave it alone for a few days and don't use so much vacuum.
