I recently saw Amazonian rain-forest men with a string wound around their penis foreskin and then around their waist. This captured the penis inside the shortened skin and kept it in a pointed-up position. I don't know the rationale, or if they could pee readily. This reminded me of an American doctor who recommended supporting your penis in a similar position whenever wearing clothes. The reason? Erections that are restrained by clothing are subject to permanent damage. The doctor had developed a harness that kept an erection pointed upward, and flat against the belly. We all know the feeling of our stiffened penis pressing painfully against our underwear and trousers. Sometimes, I would reach inside my pants and maneuver mine into an upward pointing position, but an embarrassing bulge remained--just higher up. But it felt better. Anybody using a support system for long-term penile health?
