As a single guy and a nudist, I often pee in public spaces, especially when on the road. I make sure it's away from areas people use and that I have the privacy needed so as not to offend anyone or get in trouble with the law. My mother who often travels with me does the same thing. We have seen each other pee in public. That said, a woman or girl needs to be more conscious of here surroundings than men or boys because there are pervs out there who can and will take advantage. When the need to pee calls and a clean public restroom is not available, then there is nothing wrong with peeing outside in private.

being a nudist, in social group outings. When mother nature calls , you just find a spot off to the side and pee. I have been with women peeing at the same time that I was. It is not a big deal for me. It is what it is.

Reminds me of the outdoor concerts of bygone days. There were portapottys but the lines would get too long so many would just duck into the wooded area and let it flow. I have peed in the woods in the midst of a bunch of people and girls all around not making any attempt to hide their stuff. So I didn't either. Everybody kinda checked each other out but it was no big deal. And it was organic to the point the girls weren't fazed at the lack of toilet paper. A few had dresses, some shorts, and a couple with jeans. About half weren't wearing underwear. Good times!

They weren't wearing underwear. Because most likely, that is what they used to wipe themselves with the first time.

My dad got arrested for peeing in public once. He was behind a building with nobody around, but that didn’t matter apparently.

Could be. I didn't get any back stories because everyone was making it quick and getting back to their people and place at the concert. I do know there were girls back then who just didn't bother with underwear. There was a girl sitting on the ground a few people down from me with a dress and no underwear. There was a couple getting it on a few rows ahead, both wearing shorts. When they were done, her girlfriend walked her back through the crowd, the entrance of his cock obvious and ringed with blood - apparently her period just came down in the act, and her shorts were white! I'm pretty sure they were on something strong because she didn't seem the least bit embarrassed.

I guess it wasn't entirely "nobody", then.

Some cops seem to feel obliged to cite people when they get the chance. Makes em feel important and powerful. Some cops are good at figuring circumstances into the situation and cutting slack when appropriate. Those are usually the more effective ones.

But yeah, when you pee in a public area, be discreet so there's no proof you actually did and have plausible deniability.

"yes officer, i thought i smelled urine so i came over here to investigate. i saw this wet spot on the wall, so in order to determine whether it was actually pee or not, i had no choice but to pull out my penis to determine the trajectory a urine stream would have taken. after my thorough investigation, i can assure you that someone recently urinated over here."

Most notable PIP ( pee in public) was Paula Radcliffe when running a marathon a few years back. She had the urge and , in full view of tv cameras, squatted in the gutter and let it flow

That's cool of her. I don't know why we're so encumbered by laws in a "free" county. There isn't exactly a lot of freedom left. You could piss in your clothes without "indecent exposure" but they'd still nail you with "urinating in public". We are an irresponsible society to allow our government to be so intrusive and controlling.

PiP is a health issue and not a RIGHT....the laws that need changing are the laws and regulations that restrict people from using public restrooms or restrooms located in public or business locations. Laws against indecent exposure vary from city, county, and state and have nothing to do with PiP....other than it being misused by Law Enforcement to enforce health safety. You can go to court and win an indecent exposure arrest or fine, but be aware the judge can then turn around and hit you with the charge of ENDANGERING THE PUBLIC HEALTH.

  16. A business has the right to not to allow people in public not to use their restroom. We live in a society where people in general use other people place for the benefit their self in saving money on water and toilet paper. The only time you should use a restroom in someone's business unless you in their store doing shopping or conduction business in a business setting. A business restroom is private and only for their customers and employees. A company has the right to block someone from using their bathroom when someone walks off the street into their business for using their restroom. Companies had an intense problem with homeless and street people because they use the business restroom to bath and shave. They also have stopped up the toilet and done property damage to the bathroom. When you leave your home and go to public places does not mean it available. Companies are semi-public. Every restroom outside of your home is not public use, and the same goes for your bathroom in the house is not for public use from those outsides of your family. , level of appropriate behavior and manners if you got to go to a restroom, have to use someone business that you ask nicely concerning, let them know you do not mean to step into their business to use their bathroom. The same rule applies to those who visit you in your home that they ask before and get permission to use the restroom. Using restroom outdoors needs to be done in a more close setting. I was in brownie and girl scout, and we went camping in the forest, and we use the restroom in the woods. My brother did the same with the cub scout and boy scouts. We all have been outside in our neighborhood growing up as a child, and we have gone to the restroom in the woods, behind the woodpile, between trees to block viewers. If you pee in your front yard, in the street, or on the sidewalk that I would agree it not cool. If you are in your back yard, some else back yard or you not in direct view of public viewing is not an issue. I would question someone who saw someone pee in a none public viewing area because what happens is they got arousal sexual in what you did.

Same way us guys like standing around a fire and drinking, having a stereo piss with a row of guys in the open air is just a guy thing. Kinda like a right of passage!

I agree that the smell of urine is extremely unpleasant to me, especially if someone has eaten asparagus, however it is fundamentally aseptic, containing no pathogens. This is completely different from faeces

Exactly. An individual with a kidney and beyond infection might expel pathogens but unless they're introduced into another they couldn't pass it. Pee of healthy individuals is even ingested by others with no ill effects. Humans peeing outdoors is no more dangerous than dogs and other animals, which rational people have no problem with.
