Pedophiles: Sick or Evil?

Well, it's like the fact that we can allow extreme violence in the media and that's o.k., but extreme nudity and sex (called porn) is not. I think seeing a penis rubbing between a pair of tits is much more tame than someone getting their legs hacked off with a chainsaw.


I mean the shit we see on tv and the glorification of WAR is o.k., but show Janet Jackson's boob and there is chaos!

 

Well, that's why I like my country, a bit more loose where sex is concerned Although, after the Dutroux thing, it's paranoia galore where paedophilia is concerned...

I'm not disagreeing with anything said here, but I do feel the need to mention/share how traumatic paedophile experiences can be... I was 11 years old, and went on a school skiing trip... There were fixed times for showering, and then the six girls in my group would have to go to the shower room, get undressed and shower, two girls per shower. My teacher, a 55 year old, stood watching as we undressed, standing right next to the showers, looking at each of us as we passed to enter the showers. It made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I tried to cover myself up, pretending to be cold, he laughed at me and told me I shouldn't cover myself up. None of the other girls were bothered. But I could FEEL that there was something wrong, that this guy had "bad thoughts". (I even pretended to be sick once, to avoid having to shower) To this day I have a problem undressing for doctors, in my mind there is a link between a man in a "powerful" position (teacher, doctor, etc) and abuse. And he didn't even touch me! (he was convicted of paedophilia a few years later by the way)

 

Exactly. And that's really twisted. It seems (at least to me) that it's just the other way around in Europe, where people are more pacifistic and also more open towards sex. Maybe some Europeans could comment on that.

From what I heard and read I think Europeans in general are indeed more open towards sex. Although fucking little kids is still frowned upon by some.

If I may...

Children ARE sexual beings. We are all born sexual. One is sexual within one's mother's womb. This has been scientifically proven. In a way, children's sexuality may be the purest form of sexuality. They experience sexual arousal just like adults do. They are fully capable of having orgasms. Such primal instincts are "pre-installed" within our brains during the developmental stages within the womb. As we grow older, so many things get piled on top of each other, sexually and otherwise. Children don't view sex quite the way adults do. However, that is not enough to say they are not sexual, because they are, and they DO experience pleasure just like adults do.

The thing is, because children are inexperienced in the emotional aspect of sexuality, and by that I mean the emotional attachment, longing, pain, and other things that get piled on top of the primal sexual sensations later on, that ADULTS associate with the quote-unquote "sexuality", it is often believed that children are "not sexual". (Ugh.... That was a messy sentence. Pardon moi...) Now, this is where having "sex" with children becomes wrong. It is wrong to expect children to react to sexual situations the same way adults do based on the adult's perspective of "sexuality", because children's sexuality is not as, for the lack of a better word, "corrupt" as the adult's counterpart is.

That is not to say, however, that children should never participate in ANY form of sexual acts, either. Many children are known to play sexual games among themselves. People often say that is not sexuality but is simply their being curious about their bodies in an innocent way. Yes, and no. Yes, because they are naturally curious about pretty much everything. No, because there is an element within such activities that is at least mildly sexually arousing even to children themselves(who are supposedly "non-sexual"). I can always confirm that based on my own childhood, and I'm positive there are others who may relate to this as well.

 

Im sorry, but if they produce no sperm or release eggs so therefore they are not sexual.

Now, do they have a nervous system? yes, so of course the experience pleasure. The nerves that feel so good when I touch my dick are there when I was born, but that doesnt equate my being sexual at the time.

Their bodies are equipted to be sexual, and of course they rub or touch or whatever they do and it feels good, but that doesnt mean that they are "sexual" in the sense they are supposed to be.
