A "celebrity" dies young... many people die young.

I agree it's sad, but The Sun newspaper devoting its' first seven pages to the story
is just ridiculous, goes to show how unhealthily saturated the media is with the cult of celebrity.

I just wonder what the circumstances will turn out to be.I quite liked a TV show she did.I have nothing against her. It's a tragedy when someone so young with so seemingly a bright future comes to an untimely demise. My thoughts are with her children.

I saw a buzzfeed about her but I still really don't understand who she is or why she's famous. Is she one of those celebrities who are famous for being famous?

At any rate it is always sad when a young parent dies and leaves behind their children.

Peaches was Bob Geldof's (who organised Live Aid) daughter and the daughter of Paula Yates who was a successful pop show presenter and media type.Peaches tried to kind of launch her own media career but I don't think it really worked out.I know virtually nothing about her life except she was a hip socialite and was pretty famous in the UK because of her parents.Peaches' Mother Paula also committed suicide.( I haven't really been following this story so ~I don't know if it was suicide,in fact I'd rather not know.I've been having a media-blackout recently anyway.)

Sad to know that with a World of Opportunity that lay before her, that - like her Mum - cut sort, ending, prematurely in Tragedy

Peaches? They should've named her Pickles Geldolf, might have increased her shelf life.

Whatever the cause, it's a terrible tragedy.

I think Bob's tribute to her was one of the most moving, heartfelt things I've ever read.

I guess he won't like Mondays even more from now on ...

I guess we forget, although her parents were famous, she was still a mum, a daughter! And she had lots of sadness in her life, but she was a person..
If you ever lost a child, or grown up with no mum, you would feel different, my heart goes out to that family.
