Rayne- I think your park idea is awesome... I would so be into that. No one around here does much of that kind of thing and it's too bad. I say, go for it!!
Tuth is, no one around HERE does anything like that either, hahaha. But I will probably try it, most likely when it gets warmer though (early Spring) so I don't freeze, and there will ACTUALLY be people there at the park! It would also be a good reason to go barefooting. But then again, who needs a reason?
that sounds like a very, very good idea. i think i'm going to start being a little more active. I haven't been doing anything to give back to the world. Peace is definitely a good thing to promote.

what do you guys think about putting stickers on coins, with texts signs or whatever you want on it. im not really into the money thing, but yeah it's there, and money is going from here to there. also you can make a sarcastic text on the coins like: is this really what we need... i dont know, it was an idea i had before, but i like to hear what you guys think. also yeah to spreading around flyers, stickers, singing in the park, wearing symbols or something, goin out and put flowers on the parking lane, making texts with doorstep chalk on parkin lanes or something, talkin and discussing about life and things with people, if i know some more original things i definatly say them i like this thread

well i just bought some chalk, it was pretty funny, i was walking home from the store, and i decided to write "Enjoy YOUR Walk :eace Sign:: + Love" and right after, my friend's mom drove by, pulled over, and gave me a life home. very groovy, like with that simple expression of love towards the world that i had shown, immediately, the world showed one back. i love you all and the light that you shine.
as for the coins, i just did about 19, (setting the bar, anyone want to top me ?). they have on them: LIVE FOR RIGHT NOW, IT'S ALL THAT YOU'VE GOT; I WISH YOU HAPPINESS; I WISH YOU LOVE; LOVE IS THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE; SHOW OTHERS YOUR LOVE FOR THEM; LOVE ONE ANOTHER. ITS FUN, EASY, and FREE; BE HAPPY, MONEY DOES NOT EQUAL HAPPINESS; LOVE OVER MONEY; HAPPINESS OVER MONEY. im very happy with them and cant wait to get them into circulation.
You are FULL of awesome ideas! I thought the ideas about money and the chalk were AWESOME! I am deffinately going to have to try those! Particularly the chalk one. Wouldn't it be awesome to get a huge goup together and cover a parking lot (or a large section of one)? Whoah! That would be so awesome with a big group! It makes me wish I had some hippie friends, or knew other hippies, or even had any friends who are pacifists to any real extent... I am surrounded by republicans... They are for the most part nice people, but I don't like their politics... But one could combine several of those ideas... If someone wanted to get a decent group together, they could go to a park really early and do the chalk thing, and then just like play guitar and sing for the rest of the day while handing out like flyers or something. Or better yet something like bottled water of something else people at the park could use. It would ba an awesome way to show others you are serious about peace and love, in my opinion.

Yeah I think it WOULD get a higher impact. It would show you are REALLY serious about soemthing... But then again change it up a little and don't do the same thing every time because then like no thought is going into it and it becomes routine, which seriousness doesn't have to go into something routine... Think about the senseless ceremonies people perform on a regular basis. But as long as it wasn't the same every single time, it would DEFFINATELY have a high impact! Or at least, in my agreeing opinion.
Is that a trick qusetion? A one liner? "A man walks in to a bar. . . ." I wonder what you mean by pacifism, But more i wonder what you mean by utalitarianism. Pacifism is tricky, because the definition changes according to fluid values. Utilitarianism is easier math. In utilitarianism the values never really change. Perhaps our understanding of the values change, or our access, but the values stay the same. So i guess that's my answer. If We understand utilitarianism enough (for infinity) than We might understand what pacifism is. Can We achieve pacifism is another question. I wonder if pacifism is misnomered? There is nothing passive in my understanding of peace. namaste' #
