I saw her in Ottawa in 2012 and the lady can still sing. It was a really good show. I have always enjoyed her vocals.

    Have fun!!!!!! :)

I always enjoy an outdoor concert more so than an indoor one. More room to move about and also people tend to interact more than when stuffed into seats or a pit. :)

i got to see buffy st marrie perform live for free. i like her better.

i do have fond memories of lane county oregon though. i went to LCC when i was living up that way, and lived accross the street from u of o, which in those days, there was no problem with using the student union in both places, likewise the libraries and other facilities.

speaking of performances, there was a story by damon knight, who was there, along with his wife, kate willhiem, performed live, with the sets and the audience intermingled, by the drama department, wearing these soft sculpture things.

that was on the u of o campus when i was living just a couple of blocks away.

i sort of remember pat bennotaur, and i know she sang, or sings, but i don't remember for sure what kind of stuff she did.

Cool! Pat Bennetar was the best rock diva to come along since Ann Wilson of Heart.
I played in a band in the early 80's (briefly)with a female singer that could do Bennetar quite well. We did "Hit me with your best shot"
(sometimes she sang it; "hit me with your wet spot" lol, nasty girl!)
    and "Heartbreaker"

    Fun rock/pop.:2thumbsup:

Love her powerful voice! Really makes me question how so many current singers managed to hook up with a major record label :)

    yea Rob Zombie is awesome.

had to be over a decade ago, mtv cribs showed his house at the time and it was filled with halloween stuff and deer antlers and random animal heads on the wall. He was super proud. haha, always loved his music.

    have fun scratch.

Well, it was quite good. She looks good, sings the same as she always has and her hubby plays the hell out of his guitar. Huge crowd--very receptive. All that music that those crazy-ass, whirling machines usually are blasting, was stopped for their show. I'm glad I went, for sure. Encores galore!
