Passwords

I am always changing my passwords on everything.
I am also always forgetting them. I have no idea how to get around this problem.
Do you have a problem remembering them?

 

Yip all the time, especial work ones that have to changed often. Spend more time speaking to I.T getting them unlocked than I do actually logging in. lol

 

I thought I wasn't the only one. lol

 

Of I could one password for all I would. Lol although not the best idea

I have different versions of the same group of numbers and letters

 

I tried that but then confusion turned to bewilderment lol

 

That would make me more confused, lol

 

Sometimes on seldom used applications it does

 

I forget a lot too. Usually I just ask for a new one when I forget. They email you...

 

Sometimes I forget the ones I have used for years. I get a mental block.

 

Oh on forums yes. But I also forget important ones too.

 

Name, symbol, cap, number I've a system .. I don't change them much..

 

I sometimes use a random word from my nearest book to hand. Then I forget which book.

 

My dad makes a list. I'm always afraid someone will get ahold of it if I do that though.

 

I tried hidden lists. Then I threw the lists out by mistake.

 

I've tried random or interesting words think that will help.... Nope not a chance lol

 

I have to use hundreds for work, so I use a password vault. Here's a good free one I used to use.

I likely have far too many passwords for all kinds of different stuff really.
The really important ones like my Mail and Banking and stuff I can remember O.K.
But some I have written down in a book which I may or may not still be able to remember.

The sign in ones that really get on my Tits are the ones that blank out the password, instead of allowing you to at least have the option to tap in and be able to see what you are inputing.

 

I use something similar. I have an old phone number file. You slide the pointer to the letter and it pops open. The important ones are saved there.
