    There has been a killing of a 14 year old boy by the Israeli Defense Forces in the West Bank. The Israeli Forces routinely patrol the West Bank and set up check points. The boy's name is Orwah Hammad. He was killed right after an Israeli settler ran over and killed a 5 year old Palestinian girl.
