pain in the knee

    It kind of sounds like when I had a torn Meniscus. I had surgery to repair 4 years ago and it hasn't bothered me since.

    You could try some light weightlifting to strengthen the quad which helps to stabilize the knee. My dad has had a torn meniscus in his knee for the last 40 years and running made the pain go away because it strengthened the muscles around the joint. You could also try stretching exercises.

    True. I've always been told my wobbly knees weren't a good thing.

    the pain switched on and off and in between it felt like a completely healthy knee?

    for me it only actually has hurt 3 times altogether. and these are apart by weeks. the period between the first time it hurt and the next was ca 2 weeks. and in between i could walk without a problem and thought it was gone. it's been fine for now but i think if it emerges again i will seek emergency help.

    feel pain in the knee maybe you have the arthritis problem.arthritis is the problem of joint pain.joint is the area where two bones are connected with each other.knee is a part of joint area.so may be you have arthritis problem.so you must consult to your doctor..
