i see a difference, i do believe in animal rights, however i believe it totally hypocritical to abuse that view to commit violence. my concern was with real pacifist groups who do not believe in violence and terrorism.

 

Wow some pretty great bits here and there. Sadly one need to understand that the president is frankly a low power position against the whole of congress and senate. The same tactics used against us could be used against the president too. Goverment is a powerful machine, is corrupt and has unlimited power to create guilt out of innocence, to be able to pull a politcal figure out of office. Many a person have died under mysterious circumstances who either opposed the big machine or where going to offer information against. Information that has made politicians resign I would have no doubt was created or allowed to become public was done so to either remove an undesired obstacle or to shift attention.

I like the one post there about negotiations and if not then we use other means, the response from another kinda made me laugh. Im for looking for peaceful solutions and to be honest if it not for big business I would be sure half our pickles we are in would never be. It would be far easier to pull out, stop aid and let alot of the populations perish. If not for some business interests I believe, that we would not be in the wars we are for the most part. I do believe in war if you are attacked but not this current trend in war. If attacked I believe in swift and full destruction. No rules, no prisoners, no surrender and after the fact you then own what you conquered. Is my thoughts terrible, sure is! War should be terrible, horrible, fearful! You make it a point that no one will ever wish to start an act of aggression against you. You leave no survivors so there is no chance of a later conflict with a member wishing to get even. You do this but not for others, not without warning and lightly. It should be made clear to all that this is going to be your reaction to aggresive acts against your country ahead of time. You should never run in and assist other countries in conflict in anyway becuase others can see that as support of taking sides.

We should have never done the Berlin air drops when Russia closed the city, we should not have diverted funds to rebiuld the railroads in France, we should have not assisted the British in WW2, we should have not rebuilt Japan, we should have not been in South America, we should have had nothing to do the Bosnia, and the list is endless. I say this because when you take a side you make an enemy of the other side. Yes countries would perish. The British were kind to come to our aid in this issue with Iraq and all after years of frankly not really being thankful that we saved thier ass, but they in turn took on heat from others. Its a never ending circle when you step in to fight for another. Its like getting into others business and we all know the normally ends in others being angry over it.

You all have been defeated before you were born, the defeat begins in your childhood. In early years we all like each other, through being made aware of social classes, looks, weight, color, ect that is learned in school you slowly divide from one another. Soon you have people that avoid fat people, colored people (no matter the color) poor people, rich people, smart people, handicap and so on and so on and so on. The more divided you become the less power you have. By the time the average person becomes an adult they have thier circle, they tend to fear what is not in thier circle and they wont assist others outside thier cirlce. Unions worked together at on time and had major power and influence. If one union striked the other unions could not intermix, meaning say a butchers union in a grocery chain went on strike, well then union employees of other unions could not shop at that chain, the tellers and other unions could not work for that chain, the truckers if union could not deliver goods to that chain, the dock workers loading trucks even in non union trucks, if the dock workers were union then they could not load trucks that were going to those chains, thus alot of power there. It took years of slow reform but really a union today is a joke for they no longer work together so the word union (unite) is really a joke. As with us the people, we are not united other than in our bitching.

That old saying "United we stand, Divided we fall" sure was true, we have all fallen and sadly alot before we ever could stand.

had the US not assisted in Europe in WW2 then there may have been a another superpower (a racist nazi superpower), who could of eventually decided to eliminate the united states, not saying it would've happened, but the US saw the advantages of preventing Nazi Germany of becoming too powerful.
