PA events

that would be so awesome if we could all meet somewhere...too bad i can't drive though i need som fellow hippies around ....not too many people like me in my town

 

I live near you, we use to talk on AIM but you dont get on anymore. You hang out at the mall down the street from me remember.

 

i live in southeast pennsylvania in the little county of delco, anybody hear of it?

 

yeah i know where that is...its about an hour from me

 

So whats up guys, anything happening this winter with the central PA hip forumer's or not. If anyone has any ideas id help plan it out. Im sure we could get about 15-20 people togethor from the area togethor for somthing.

 

I'd be down... ehh some one get this shit started, pm me if you're motivated.

 

I used to live at 11th and Main St. in Bethlehem. I used to party with the Wiley House kids. This was a while back......late 80's. There was a group home for bad kids on 11th and they alsways had good herb.

 

I know it well. I spent quite a few years living in Lansdowne and Upper Darby. I love Delco County, lots of great friends and people in Delco. I worked at The Burmont Inn in Drexel Hill for a while, but mostly just played in locals bands and made some decent $$$$. I did some session drummimg at Sound Under Studios in Upper Darby....I'm not sure if they are still in business. I heard a story a few years ago about how the owners of the studio were robbing banks across the midwest and funding skinhead/white power organizations with the stolen $$$$$$.

 

There are tons of things to do here in Philadelphia, PA...I know its no where near central Pa., but it nice to know that PA is representin' in the forum...no a serious note ..web search American Friends Center..they are a serious activist coalition..I think they were started by the Quakers here in PA...who knows ...there might be a branch in your neck of the woods...Peace Out and within

 

rusted root is playing in philli pretty soon i think. i would go to that in a second. even if i had to rippof a cab driver.

 

moe's playing in scranton in feb. i dunno who all is near there, but i'm prob goin to check it out!
