Ozzy Vs. JIM MORRISON

Any Doubts???!! Morrison wins. Five to one baby,one in five,no one here gets out alive...

 

The two men both legends, both rebels of different walks of life. But Id rather walk morrisons path. (but take a different turn towards the end perhaps?)

 

Jim Morrison is so dead wicked sexy I fall out of my chair when someone even says his name. If it could be put into words how much I love *cough*lustismoreaccurate*cough* him... God.

 

Jim Morrison was truly insane and he was a pathological liar, but he was also a great musician/singer. His music is totally different than Ozzy's.

 

I'd say Ozzy with Black Sabbath... after Black Sabbath, I don't know, I think he became to famous to be cool...

 

How can you be too famous to be cool? And Morrison was a legend in his own time too.

 

If Morrison was still alive and did a tv-show like the Osbournes he would lose respect as well. I think Jim might have been a bigger egotripper than Ozzy, that's why we think of his name when we here the Doors and not always of Ozzy's name when we think about early Black Sabbath. Ozzy's reputation is getting messed with and is popularized by his management and wife, and so it has changed over the years.

 

That's what I wanted to say.

Ozzy has never and will never compare to Morrison
Morrison is immortal because he lives in his music and poetry

 

Well, I have to say I like Sabbath's lyrics just as much.

Yeah Black Sabbath's lyrics really rule... but we owe them to Geezer Butler, the bassist.

 

Not all of them, however I don't know exactly which lyrics are from Ozzy. I see similarities in old Black Sabbath lyrics and some on Ozzy's solowork, especially Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a madman.

 

Ozzy for the win.

 

this is like asking "which is better: a bannanna or a puppy?" you cant compare two COMPLETELY different people from two genres. rock fans will answer jim, metal fans will answer ozz. it doesnt solve anything really.
