Hello folks, I've come looking for history, but not my own. My family just bought property in Meadville, near Harmonsburg, PA. The site for this historic commune is on our property and the foundation remains. I love to explore the property and am finding many old remnants - lots of glass bottles, old shoes, and even a piece of a harmonica. I'm hoping to create a sitting area within the foundation and maybe even a "squatters garden." Looking for stories and kindred spirits! Jenn

I remember driving by on a Sunday afternoon when I was 7 years old behind a long line of gawkers. I met Bill Close back in the eighties (his property) and actually talked to PSP troopers who were involved with the "raid". Would love to explore the area. (corner of Inlet and Pachuk ? ) Let me know if its ok to walk the property
