Overrated and underrated films

Overrated was the movie Grudge it just plain out sucked.

The movie I liked and everyone else kind of booed at was Ransom with Mel Gibson.

Overrated: The Matrix, Hollywood movies in general

Underrated: Restoration, Much ado about nothing, Hotel Rwanda. All great, but I never hear anyone about them. Maybe they're just underknown or something just because the media never mention non-Hollywood movies...

 

i think that "the city of lost children" is an amazing movie and deserves far more credit than it gets. i also think that "the breakfast club" is probably one of the least interesting movies i've ever seen, and fail to understand how it got released as anything other than a made-for-tv movie or after school special....

 

people should realy read the book

The God Father is not over rated, All three of the movies are fuckin awsome, and the books should be taught in school, 2001: A Space Odyssey is also great.

Now I am a huge Doors fan, but the movie is Overrated
The Deer Hunter is very underrated
And Napolean Dynamite should be president of the United States.

Over-rated - Magnolia, wow a three hour movie about a bunch of boring unimportant lives, BIG FUCKING WHOOP!

Under-rated - I cant think of an under-rated film
