What is bad about life being a gift of god? Why call anything bad as we are our own judge when it comes to what we value? We cannot value dearly what we judge against, i.e. the world. To do so is to obliterate the perception of the world as god creates it, seeing it good, very good for god so loves the world. The eye is the lamp of the body and if the eye be sound the whole body will be full of light but if the light in you be darkness, (if bad is the light of truth in you,) then how great the darkness. We overcome the world through creation by mastering it and mastery is to be able to pick and lay down at will. We overcome through force of god given will. To be able to do what you truly want without error or compulsion rather than react like a victim. Your will to be happy is the same as god's will.
