les claypool, easy choice there. Not that he doesnt play well, but there are so many who have made him the new bass god, and you just cant live up to that hype.

 

Did anyone say Van Halen and it's individual members? Eddie can play tech I agree but could his playing have any less feeling?

I agree, Hendrix started nicely, but you have to credit his peers with being able to refrain from overdosing, I mean, how smart and brilliant was he really?

yea Hendrix I always have mixed opinions about him
The guitar solos blow the top of my head I really think he was on a whole different level a level of his own that I think is genius but the songs themselves can be pretty boring Fire, Wild Thing cover, Hey Joe, so many of the songs aren't even really worth listening too and I prefer just to hear him explode in the solos

i love it that noone says michael jackson...that is becuase he isnt overrated..he is actually that minblowingly a good musician,.
