I was unusually horny yesterday. I am also hornier typically on Mondays. I suspect this to be due to the outdoor physical work I do during the weekend. Anyone notice higher libido after a day of hard physical work esp outdoor? I am also curious if this happens to both men and women PS: being so horny is somewhat inconvenience for me.
Yes I agree. I don’t even think it’s derived from hard work for me, but just being outdoors. Is it the sun exposure, fresh air, or the mental relaxation? I’m not sure, but it does have an effect on my sexual desire.
Sometimes, I get worked up too. At my age (40s) it's just beginning I think... It gets pretty psychological.
