outdoor growing

i am not that dedicated for my first grow to go out and buy and read a bunch of books... i figured i could learn the basics, enough to get by online....

 

whoa man. so my plants that are in miracle grow soil will be shit. man thats a bummer from all the work we did. oh well.

 

Wait, if your mom's cool with you growing, why not just grow indoors?

 

cuz man, it would just be a lot more hassle.

 

actually oyu dont have to worry about bugs or moles like i do if you grow them inside. or having them drown in a rainstorm

 

Hassle or higher risk of being caught. Why grow outdo's if people from the street can see it? You realize that the outdo' plants will reek up. Same as indo' but you can minimize that some.

 

both really... but i could stop peeps from the street from seein it... i doubt a few plants would reek all the way to the sidewalk.

 

but man if its ok with your mom grow it indoors. i am pretty sure mine are dead from all the rain weve gotten these last 2 days. if you grow them inside you dont have to worry about it

 

i really don't mind paying attention the weather, especially if its for something right in my own backyard. shit i'll go sit with them with an umbrella if i have to, lol

I would reconsider. Your in VIRGINIA. At least your not on the North, but none the less.

You live in one of the biggest drug markets. No need to risk that amount of time just to grow a little extra weed.

If you grow anywhere it's inside your house.

 

yikes... is that really the virginia law? where did you find that?

 

im guessing somewhere on the internet, but isnt that reason enough to grow inside your home? definately if your moms okay with it man!

yeah i was looking for the drug laws in virginia a couple of weeks ago, but couldnt find anything, so i'm curious where you got that too

they arent very clear, it says
Cultivation Any amountfelony5 - 30 years$10,000
Cultivation of marijuana is punishable by 5 - 30 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.

then towards the bottom it says

A conviction for manufacturing marijuana must include proof that the marijuana was being grown for a purpose other than the grower’s personal use.

so is cultivation manufacturing it? it IS just for personal use, so it will be be like 2 females max

 

It means for eithier you can get the same penalty, HOWEVER, manufaturing entails possesion with intent to distribute- probably From 3 to 15, depending on your state. And they may take your house, car, or whatever as a drug dealer.

But If you have a clean record you'd reasonably be looking at around 5 years probation and anti-drug propaganda and control on only the cultivation charge. Not too much to risk if you follow the rules- we rarely get caught.
