Patchouli and just cut wet grass. Spices frying before the addition of any liquid or veg or anything. I have different combinations for different recipes and every single one is ................well Opening the spices when they arrive and the smell as I am putting them in to their individual containers
Yes, I can relate. I like the smell of my leather sports jacket as I'm putting it on, or the leather purses I've bought for my wife.
I'm always pleased at the sight of my yard after I've mowed it, and that cut grass smell completes the scene. Not familiar with patchouli, or at least I don't think I am.
Yup... But not all Patchouli has that special scent, some are overly sweet smelling. ___________________________________________________________________ Balsam Fir, Cedar and Pine.
fresh cut grass Fresh, ripe fruit a hint of cologne my guy (as long as it is NOT in the Calvin Klein family or Polo...instant migraine)
when i was a kid we had a couple pigs a couple different times and fed them nothing but pig feed (corn and grain). they still smelled awful. shoveling the shit out of there was the worst job of my childhood. i look forward to reading your report. only because i can't smell over the computer screen.
You will love your man wearing this then- Valentino. This is the best I've smelled in a long time. Little pricey, but worth it.
i'm kind of neutral on the car smell thing, but apparently there are enough who like it to be a market for a spray can of that very smell. i don't have a link handy, but i remember seeing an ad for it. its really just the out gassing of solvents in some of the interior stuff, which, is actually not good stuff to breathe. plastic model kits have a tiny bit of that smell from the mold release coatings for the dies. fresh sawn wood is another one i like too. been so long since i had a place to work with it i forgot that one. then there's the smell of hot charcoal, that makes me hungry, even if i'm full and there isn't anything actually being cooked on it yet. bacon isn't my breakfast thing, but hot grease always smells better then it tastes.
All those solvents and plasticizers leeching from the interior. Having to clean the fogged up interior of the windscreen every few days always makes me wonder what it is doing to my lungs.
I have 2 smells that I like. The smell of cotton bed sheets that have been dried outside on a clothes line and the smell of a freshly mowed lawn.
Yes, the charcoal heating on the grill, that's an awesome smell to take in as I'm driving through the neighborhood- love that smell! And the hot grease lets you know you are getting ready to eat something delicious!
I like the smell of clothes coming straight out of the dryer, with the fabric softener smell all over them.
Yeah, the rain after it stops and that smell that lingers in the air (sometimes before it rains too).
Peppermint, oranges, fresh corn in a corn field, there are certain trees that have a certain odor to them in tropical environments. I smelled them when i lived in Florida and when visiting Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. Before and after a rain storm in the spring. I also like the smell of suntan lotion. I use to like the smell of gasoline too.
Yes....the smell of suntan lotion as I'm looking at it glistening off some woman's beautifully bikini clad asscheeks, LOL
