Dude! I love your bus man , i can totaly see that flying off into a swirl of phsycadelicness.

I would love to get a bus like that when I am older, but until them im stuck with a small, cramped green car (Which isnt mine!).

Just a thought, If I were you soaringeagle I would set up some kind of paypal account for contributions for gas fund and other emergencies, you could end up in some backwater town with no gas, in some cases the locals aren't too friendly, this way you can have instant access to cash, wouldn't have to hustle a mailing address and just drop us a line here on the web of your need, I'm sure there are those of us here on the web that would contribute and then you can get the hell out of dodge in a hurry if need be.

I know of other hippie/rainbow buses that traveled around the country and got stranded in small country towns with no gas, they would send emails on welcomehome.org appealing for gas money, but they would have to hustle a mailing address. With a paypal account you won't have to wait on the mail.

You could also go the Western Union route, but that takes a little more doin, office location, and it's a little more expensive, you have sender's fees. I hope this helps ya in your "nomad thing." Good Luck!

actualy.....if we can find a way we wanna add 2 vw buses to have 3 rooms upstairs.. and have the bedrooms actualy on chains so they lower from the ceiling, u climb in then they lift up into the buses ...but dunno if it will work yet

Cool bus, you have there. Had a Blue-Bird way back when. I'm over the 6 ft. line so had to raise the roof, so I wouldn't have to walk around bent at the waist.

how about "the composter" since it'll be running on fryolator oil and you yourself are so much into recycling shit

 

thought bout riggin up a composdting bathroom, and some way to harvest methane from it to run the bus, but i think the smell of french fries is less offensive then a bus run on shit, although i do like the concept...maybe tqake out the drivers seat and just have a toilet instead..lol
